All vendors planning to exhibit at the SWEMA Annual Meter School are required to register for Meter School and submit the $650 registration fee.

One (1) vendor representative per booth
Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
Additional fees:
Additional vendor representatives: $150 per person (includes lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday) Additional tables: $100 per table
Over the years, SWEMA has transitioned away from individually sponsored vendor hospitality rooms in favor of a joint hospitality event. This collaborative approach has proven to be highly successful, and we appreciate all vendors’ continued cooperation and support of this format.
The SWEMA Hospitality Room will be hosted at the Hilton College Station & Conference Center, in the Oakwood Ballroom. This setting provides an excellent opportunity to connect with and engage with your customers in a welcoming environment.
During the evening hospitality hour, we will be raffling off gifts generously donated by SWEMA and participating vendors. We encourage all vendors to contribute an item to the raffle and join in the fun of the giveaways.
After reviewing attendance trends over the past several years, SWEMA has decided to discontinue the Tuesday night BBQ previously held at the Brazos County Expo Complex. We hope this change allows vendors greater flexibility to host private dinners with customers or enjoy the evening at their discretion.
Our goal is to ensure that all participants receive a strong return on their investment. We welcome your suggestions and will gladly present them to the committee for consideration. The continued success of Meter School depends on the collective support and participation of all involved.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership. We look forward to seeing you this fall at Meter School.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact one of the vendor representatives listed below.
